Custom Printed Products

All printed products are custom made to order based on customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or reprints will only be accepted in the event of a production error on our part. A production error includes issues such as incorrect sizing, incorrect materials, or printing defects that differ from the approved order details.

If you believe your order contains a production error, you must notify us within 24 hourss of receiving your order and provide clear photographs or other documentation for review. Once verified, we will reprint or replace the item at no additional cost.

Off-the-Shelf Products

Non-custom, off-the-shelf products may be returned within 10 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected

Re-stocking charge of 15% will be applied

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom printed or personalized products (unless due to a production error)

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
